Your information is personal to you and won’t be shared with anyone other than your water company. See our Privacy Policy for further details. We'll share your generic household and per-person consumption in a generic format only, to allow you and others to compare consumption with each other.

Save Water Save Money is ISO27001 accredited which means it has obtained the international standard that describes best practice for an ISMS (information security management system), since 2013. Achieving accredited certification to ISO 27001 demonstrates that Save Water Save Money is following information security best practice, and delivers an independent, expert assessment that the data we hold is adequately protected.

Why do I need to provide my email address and a password?

This is your personal platform to save water and reduce your bills. We don't expect you to save lots instantly, so it can act a referral point for you to return to and monitor your progress over time. It also means you can keep coming back to take advantage of exclusive offers, discounts on products and services, and even more water-saving help – plus, don’t forget to keep logging in to see how much your bills are improving.

Why do you need my postcode?

We require your postcode for two reasons. First, so we can work out the correct supply and sewerage charges, to make your results as accurate as possible. And secondly, so we can identify whether your water company offers free water-saving products which you can then claim.

Why do I need to provide my email address and a password?

We ask for your email address so you can pop away and come back again if you haven't finished answering the questions. We'll save all your answers so far, so you can log back in and start from where you left off.
